There are several yearlings with a North American pedigree who’ll go through the ring in Stockholm on Friday (May 25) at the Elitsale.

The Swedish breeders association, ASVT, who are the organizers of the Elitsale, are offering free live videostreaming of the event from 1 p.m. (EDT) time at this link.

A total of 100 yearlings are catalogued and many are sired by North American based stallions like Broadway Hall, Cantab Hall, Conway Hall, Crazed, Credit Winner, Deweycheatumnhowe, Donato Hanover, Explosive Matter, Glidemaster, Kadabra, Muscle Hill and Muscles Yankee.

Last year the top price of $109,000 was paid for a colt sired by Deweycheatumnhowe out of Richly Possessed, she by Self Possessed. The average price was down 22.4 percent to $24,760.
