Celina, OH — Highlighting this week’s County Fair Harness Racing Alliance Horse of the Week is 2-year-old filly pacer Fox Valley Coolest.

Owned and driven by Ronnie Gillespie, she won at the Coles County Fair in Charleston, Illinois on Tuesday, August 1. Fox Valley Coolest came home with the win in a time of 1:56.3.

The CFHRA hopes to promote harness racing at the county fair level, the grassroots of harness racing.
