York, PA – The Pennsylvania Horse Racing Association will offer free full card past performances for Harrah’s Philadelphia’s Christmas Eve (Dec 24) card.

Harrah’s Philadelphia is the only harness track in North America racing on Christmas Eve. Post time for the 14-race card is set for noon.
