Freehold, NJ — Freehold Raceway and the Meadowlands have come together tooffer a series beginning on Saturday (Nov. 19). The Jersey Strong Series is offered for$7,500 claimers and will consist of two legs and a final.

Horses racing in both legs will havepreference. Highest point earners willadvance to final.

The series will be contested as follows:

Saturday (Nov. 19)-leg one at Freehold- $4,000 purse

Saturday (Nov. 26)-leg two at the Meadowlands-$5,500 purse

Saturday (Dec. 3)-final at the Meadowlands-$12,500 purse

Saturday (Dec. 3)-consolation at Freehold-$6,000 purse

Points system:

First place–35 points

Second place-25 points

Third place-15 points

Fourth place-10 points

Fifth place-8 points

Sixth place-6 points

Seventh place-4 points

Eighth place-2 points

Ninth and last place-1 point
