Frenchmen “Frenchy” Fuller, 76, dies

Columbus, OH — Frenchmen “Frenchy” Fuller, 76, of Marysville, Ohio, died Dec. 5, 2021, at Bluebird of Marysville after months of failing health.

He was a proud owner of a pallet business for 28 years. He was also a longtime horseman who owned and trained Standardbreds and, in his earlier years, enjoyed driving as well.

He was a 1963 graduate of Marysville High School.

Over the years, Mr. Fuller enjoyed shooting pool and playing cards, especially Texas Hold-em. He even competed in the World Poker Tournament in Las Vegas.

He was born Dec. 14, 1944, in Vicy, Va., to the late Woodrow and Sarah Deel Fuller. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Kenneth, Donald, and Johnny; and a son-in-law, Rick Eiterman. He is survived by his children, Carla Eiterman, Lisa (Les) Walsh, Anthony (Lori), and David (Rosia) Clark; 10 grandchildren; siblings, Elmer (Brenda), Richard (Carole), Doug (Connie), Frances (Ron) Rayburn, Nancy Prater, and Jean (Jack) Taylor; many nieces and nephews; and Kim “Lucy” O’Quin, whom he considered a daughter.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Wednesday evening (Dec. 8) from 5-7 p.m. at the Ingram Funeral Home in Marysville. The family requests that those entering the funeral home please wear a mask for the safety of all. A funeral procession will be formed Thursday (Dec. 9) by 1 p.m. to go to Oakdale Cemetery for interment.
