Freshman pacing fillies to compete in Buckeye Stallion Series

Columbus, OH — On Tuesday (July 10) afternoon, 28 2-year-old pacing fillies will begin their summer in the Buckeye Stallion Series at Eldorado Scioto Downs.

Race one will see Bet You Im Rockin (Rockin Amadeus–Zabette) who is looking to make her third win out of three starts. Her first start was on June 26 at the Putnam County Fair (Ottawa) where she headed to the winner’s circle in 2:05. The following week, July 2, she won at the Marion County Fair in 2:02.3.

Diablu Ladi (Western Vintage–Keladi Blue Chip) is also in race one and she is making her second start. Her first start was at the Marion County Fair where she won in 2:07.

Also, in race one will be two fillies making their first starts — Santa Rose Hanover (Dragon Again–Sub Rosa Hanover) and Throwing Shade (Pet Rock–Wish Right Now).

Cookies Empire (Pet Rock–La Diavla) will be racing in race three. Cookies Empire has two starts with a win at the Pickaway County Fair (Circleville) on June 18 in 2:07.3. She finished second at the Putnam County Fair (Ottawa) on June 26 in 2:04.3.

Miss Annabella (Pet Rock–Annie You’re A Card) and Wine Or Women (Dragon Again–Armbro Witchita) will both make their first starts Tuesday.

Race seven will see Nativeandup (Allamerican Native–Ain’t Given Up) make her fifth start. She won a Kentucky Fair Stakes race on July 3 in 2:02.

Mcstunning (McArdle–In The Green) will make her third start. She finished second at the Marion County Fair on July 2 in 2:04.

Two fillies will have their first start — Feelingexcited (Feelin Friskie–This Is My Life) and Slymar’s Dragon (Dragon Again–U Betican B B).
