Trained by Chris Beaver and owned by Beaver, his mom Johanna, who is also the breeder, and Steven Zeehandelar, Gabbys C Note won five races and earned $243,150.

The daughter of Triumphant Caviar out of Gabby’s Creditcard, Gabbys C Note capped off a four-race winning streak by easily winning the $300,000 Ohio Sires Stakes final by three lengths.

Aaron Merriman drove Gabbys C Note to victory in the Sires Stakes final and says she was a mature 2-year-old.

“She’s bigger and more talented than other fillies. I knew she was something special when I sat behind her.”

Gabbys C Note will be honored at the Ohio Harness Horsemen’s Association annual awards banquet Jan. 15, at the Hilton Columbus-Polaris in Columbus, Ohio.

The 2021 Ohio Horse of the Year will be announced at the annual awards banquet.
