Gaming bills advance in New Jersey

Columbus, OH — A state Assembly committee in New Jersey has sent a package of gaming bills to the full lower house that would allow residents of the state to play casino games over the internet and create an Atlantic City Tourism District.
According to a story written by Bob Jordan on the Asbury Park Press website, if the proposals become law, some of the internet gambling money would go toward horse racing purses.
