Get your own press briefing twice weekly

from the USTA Communications Department

Columbus, OH — Writers, broadcasters and publicists receive twice-weekly press briefings from the USTA’s Harness Racing Communications press office about what’s happening in the sport — and now you can, too.

You can have The Harness Racing Communications Newsletter sent to you via e-mail — free of charge — twice each week during the height of the racing season. It contains updates on the sport’s leading horses, drivers, and trainers, and previews and recaps of the sport’s most important races.

In fact whether you are an industry professional or simply a racing fan, you can sign up for all five of our free e-mail newsletters:

  • On Track (monthly), which looks at what’s appearing on the pages of Hoof Beats magazine, including some exclusive “behind the pages” content;
  • Fairs Newsletter (monthly), an informational newsletter on promotions for county fair harness racing and tips for putting on a race meet at your fairgrounds;
  • Weekly Racing Roundup (weekly), that provides links to the top-20 stories published in the USTA’s Web Newsroom each week;
  • Marketing Newsletter (weekly), offers exclusive discounts on USTA products and services, prize drawings, and other special offers and promotions from Hoof Beats, the USTA and our selected partners; and the
  • Harness Racing Communications Newsletter (twice weekly; twice monthly during the winter), which is the same update that sportswriters, broadcasters and publicists now receive.
