Gov. Christie announces amendment for NJ casinos

Columbus, OH — According to the Atlantic City (NJ) Press, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie announced Monday that a compromise amendment that would ask voters to approve up to two new casinos in Northern New Jersey will be introduced in the next legislative session.

Christie said at a press conference that a bill sponsored by New Jersey Senate President Stephen Sweeney would be introduced into both houses of the legislature.
