Pompano Beach, FL — Live harness racing action continues in South Florida on Wednesday evening (Nov. 12), featuring a fantastic 11-race card.

Horses continue to arrive in the Sunshine State from all over North America on a daily basis, with a whopping 22 horses on Wednesday night set to make their seasonal debuts at Pompano. The increase in field sizes has created an uptick in handle and wagering opportunities for patrons.

Beginning this week, the popular 50-cent Pick-5 wager returned, covering races two-six nightly, featuring a $2,500 guaranteed pool on Monday and Wednesday evenings. The Pick-4 wager continues in races five-eight, now featuring a 50-cent minimum as well, and also a $5,000 guaranteed pool on Monday and Wednesday nights.

Live racing action continues at Pompano Park on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday evenings throughout the month of November. First post each evening is 7:30 p.m. The live racing schedule will eventually move to a five night per week schedule during the peak season of December-February. The 51st season of live harness racing continues through June 27, 2015.
