Hambletonian winner Broad Bahn to Europe

Danish owned Hambletonian winner Broad Bahn will head to Europe next week and will join the stable of Stig H. Johansson in Stockholm.

Last year Broad Bahn was at stud at Winbak Farm in New York, but was back in training by Noel Daley after having a book of just 43 mares.

Training down he has had some issues with a hoof and now owner Leif Alber has decided to bring his top trotter to Europe.

“Stig H. Johansson is one of the best trainers ever in the world and if somebody can solve the problem’s which Broad Bahn has, I believe he’s the man,” Alber said.

Broad Bahn will be on the same flight on Tuesday as Take My Picture, who is going to race in the Elitlopp.
