Chester, PA — Harrah’s Philadelphia has canceled its special Monday live racing program originally planned for Labor Day (Sept. 6) due to a lack of entries.

Horsemen are advised that some conditions from Monday’s planned program have been carried over to next Wednesday’s (Sept. 8) card, and that they must reenter their horses for those classes by Thursday morning (Sept. 2) at 9 a.m.
