Chester, PA — Monday (Dec. 12) is closing day of the 2016 harness racing meet at Harrah’s Philadelphia.

There is a carryover in the Pick-4 of $3,163, which is a mandatory pay. Race 14’s superfecta is a mandatory pay as well. Superfecta wagers have a carryover if the first four are not selected correctly.
