Chester, PA — Horsemen are advised that this week’s qualifiers at Harrah’s Philadelphia have been moved from Tuesday (Dec. 3) to Thursday (Dec. 5).

Qualifiers will take place before the pari-mutuel program and will begin at 11:15 a.m. (EST).
