Columbus, OH — A report on the second major Standardbred yearling sale of the year and a look back on the effects of Hurricane Sandy on farms and training centers in New Jersey are the top items on this week’s edition of “Eye on Harness Racing,” the U.S. Trotting Association’s weekly video news magazine.

In addition, the USTA announces its representative to the 2013 World Driving Championship and looks at one colt who has lofty aspirations in the upcoming Messenger Stakes, the final leg of the 2012 Pacing Triple Crown.
