Wilkes-Barre, PA — Hashtagmadeyalook delivered as the 1-9 favorite in Tuesday’s (Aug. 18) featured $25,000 claiming trot at The Downs at Mohegan Sun Pocono, winning easily in 1:53.2.

George Napolitano Jr. sent the Chapter Seven gelding right to the lead and rattled off fractions of :27.4, :56.4 and 1:24.3, stretching a two-length lead at three-quarters to 7-1/4 lengths at the finish. Since June 29, trainer Richard Johnson and owner Carmen Iannacone accounted for three wins, a second-place finish and earnings of $21,275 with Hashtagmadeyalook, who was claimed out of the race.

Napolitano, the leading driver at Pocono, accounted for four winners on the Tuesday card.

The Rainbow Pick-5 again had multiple winners, lifting Saturday afternoon’s (Aug. 22) carryover to $142,216.54.

Two-year-old colts will contest their final preliminaries in Pennsylvania Sire Stakes and Stallion Series action on Sunday (Aug. 23), with two-time Sire Stakes winners In Range and Captain Corey taking top billing among 15 rookies slated to contest two Sire Stakes divisions worth a combined $206,722.
