Saratoga Springs, NY — For the second consecutive week, Shark Racing Stable’s Heaven On High N went coast-to-coast in the $15,000 Open Pace at Saratoga Casino Hotel, posting a 1:51.4 score on Saturday night (June 29).

McGwire Sowers picked up the catch-driveaboard Heaven On High N for trainer Larry Stalbaum, and the pair powered up to the front from post seven in a sizzling :26.3 first quarter and never let up. The New Zealand invader rattled off middle half fractions of 55.1 and 1:23.1 before drawing away at the top of the stretch en route to a 3-1/4-length victory over long shot Talking Tom (driven by Chris Long), who shook loose in the lane for second over pocket rival Im No Outlaw N (Brett Beckwith).

Heaven On High N, a 7-year-old son of Rock N Roll Heaven, paid $8.60 to win in his third Open score of the Saratoga meet, and he also equaled his lifetime mark.
