Columbus, OH — Longtime horseman Herbert W. Flanders Sr., 83, of Seabrook, N.H., died Feb. 27, 2010.

Mr. Flanders owned, trained and drove Standardbreds for over 50 years throughout New England.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Eva; four sons, Herbert Jr., Richard, Bruce and Peter; daughter, Rebecca Fenstermaker; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Calling hours will be Tuesday, March 2, from 6-8 p.m at the Brewitt Funeral Home, 14 Pine Street, Exeter, N.H. The funeral will be held Wednesday, March 3, at 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
