Marlborough, MA — After taking himself off his drives on the Plainridge racing card of Dec. 1, John Hogan roared back Monday (Dec. 5) by winning both ends of the early daily double.
Last Thursday, Hogan complained of chest difficulty and was checked out at a hospital and given a clean bill of health.
The Marlborough, Mass. native is closing in on 4,700 career wins in a harness career that spans over 50 years. He was named to the New England Harness Writers Hall of Fame in 1985 and is a member of the Plainridge Wall of Fame.
He ranks among the top six drivers at Plainridge this season, which has just five racing dates remaining in the season which ends Dec. 16.
