Holiday draw and scratch time schedule at Ocean Downs

Berlin, MD — Due to the Fourth of July holiday, driver changes and scratches for Ocean Downs’ card for Monday (July 6) will be due by 11 a.m. on Thursday (July 2).
The box for the card will still close at 9 a.m. on Thursday (July 2).
