Hoofbid adding Wednesday night auctions

Glenview, IL –– HoofBid is happy to announce the addition of a weekly Wednesday night auction at 7 p.m. (EDT).

“We have had a lot of requests to add a night so that a potential seller is just days away from being able to sell their horse,” said Jeff Davis, co-founder of HoofBid. “Sellers have been happy with the number of bids, the variety of bidders and the lowest prices to sell a horse in our industry. We enjoy helping horseman get the best bang for their buck.”

Moving forward entries will be taken on the following days:

Sunday Night Auction
Monday–Thursday night at 10 p.m. Entries released on Friday afternoon

Wednesday Night Auction
Friday–Sunday Night at 10 p.m. Entries released on Monday afternoon

Each horse will be in the “virtual ring” for 10 minutes.

All auctions are open ended, which means that if a bid is placed within one minute of the closing time of the auction, we will automatically return the clock to one minute remaining on the auction. The auction is over if no bids have been placed with one minute or less on the bid clock. This feature allows all bidders a fair chance to counter a late bid.

In order to bid, potential buyers must create a free account on Hoofbid prior to bidding. Bidding is only available in the app. Listings on www.hoofbid.com are for informational purposes only.
