Middlebury, IN — The Hoosier Classic Sale Company of Indiana has announced their dates for the 2012 auction season.

The Company will conduct its annual yearling auction Oct. 26 and 27 in the West Pavilion at the Indiana State Fairgrounds, Indianapolis Ind. The 2012 auction will be a select event with entries being inspected and graded.

The Company also introduces a new auction venue at the Hendricks Co. 4-H Fairgrounds & Conference Complex in Danville, Ind. The Hoosier Heritage Yearling Sale will be held Saturday, Sept. 1. This auction will be open to any yearlings entered.

According to Steve Cross, auction manager, “We are excited about this new venue. With the Hoosier Classic Select Yearling Sale limiting its numbers this year, there is still a rather large number of yearlings on the table to be sold. We would like to give breeders and buyers another opportunity to connect in Indiana and this facility offers a great resource to do that.”

Entries are now being accepted with a deadline of April 1 for both events.
