Hoosier Classic to offer yearlings online

Middlebury, IN — The Hoosier Classic Yearling Sale Company will open up bidding on a group of well-bred Indiana-sired yearlings beginning Monday, Dec. 13 at, 12 noon (EST) and the auction will conclude Thursday, Dec. 23, at 12 noon (EST).

The yearlings were first sold at Hoosier Classic’s annual sale, held Oct. 29 and 30, but are now being offered to settle the account of a buyer found in default.

The Hoosier Classic is providing the online forum for bidding on the yearlings on behalf of each consignor. Interested buyers can submit bids through the Hoosier Classic website, www.hoosierclassicyearlingsale.com.

Pedigrees and video are available for each yearling on the Hoosier Classic website. Yearlings will be awarded to the highest bidders, if accepted by the consignor, at the conclusion of the open bidding period. All winning bidders will be contacted after the close of bidding and horses are expected to be paid for immediately. Payment for yearlings will be made directly to the consignors. Hoosier Classic and the consignors reserve the right to refuse any and all bids.
