Anderson, IN — Hoosier Park Racing & Casino will celebrate the return of live harness racing action with Fan Appreciation Days beginning on Thursday (April 2).

Hoosier Park will invite guests to enjoy all that it has to offer with four big days of fan appreciation — free offers, exciting giveaways, great discounts, and much more in a weekend-long celebration.

“The fans are a major part of our success here at Hoosier Park and what better way to celebrate than with numerous activities dedicated to them,” Hoosier Park’s Race Marketing Manager Cliff Fraser noted. “We hope everyone will come out and enjoy our four days of celebration and the return of live racing.”

The fan appreciation festivities will kick-off on April 2 with Club Centaur members receiving three times the points. Guests are encouraged to visit Club Centaur before playing from 10 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. to earn the triple point fun. Guests can also enjoy a $5 buffet from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the Prime Harvest Buffet.

The fan appreciation activities will continue on Friday with a free Hoosier Park t-shirt giveaway starting at 12 noon while supplies last. Racing fans will also receive a free mystery voucher with the purchase of a live Hoosier Park racing program that could be worth up to $250.

During live racing, Fan-tastic Fridays will feature $1 hot dogs, $1 programs, $1 drafts and $1 bets through the end of live racing. With a post time of 5:15 p.m., Friday’s 14-race card will feature the $21,000 Invitational Pace for fillies and mares. The night will end with a free performance by Eliot Lewis in the Terrace Showroom starting at 10 p.m.

When the doors open at 4 p.m. at Hoosier Park on Saturday, racing fans will be greeted by Hoosier Park’s harness racing drivers signing autographs. Racing fans can also pick up a free superfecta wager for the live Hoosier Park racing card from 2-6 p.m. at Trackside Club Centaur.

Hoosier Park’s ‘Family Fun Days’ return this Saturday and will continue each weekend throughout the entirety of the harness racing meet. Activities will include face painting, live entertainment, games and winner’s circle giveaways.

The Nashville’s Next concert series will round out Saturday night’s activities with a live performance by Natalie Stovall in the Terrace Showroom at 10 p.m. Presented by Hoosier Park Racing & Casino and WFMS, all of the Nashville’s Next shows will be free and open to the public ages 18 years or older.

On Sunday, guests can enjoy an Easter Brunch in the Prime Harvest Buffet from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. for only $24.95 as part of the fan appreciation celebration.
