Anderson, IN — Hoosier Park Racing & Casino is seeking a seasoned facility manager to oversee operations at its Off Track Betting Facility located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This versatile and energetic manager will direct and coordinate all activities of the intertrack wagering facility departments, including Security, Admissions, Mutuels, Food & Beverage, and Audio/Visual.

The successful candidate will have five to 10 years progressive, hands on, facility management experience, possess a professional appearance and demeanor, have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to easily relate to all demographics.

This position requires the incumbent to have demonstrated ability in budget management, marketing and facilities management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must for this position.
