Wilkes-Barre, PA — Due to technical difficulties with the race office’s fax line that were only recently discovered, many of the transmissions sent to Harrah’s Chester were not properly received.

Anyone who has sent a fax to 484.490.2230 in the past few months is being asked to please re-send their documents.
