Chicago, IL — On Sept. 24, the Illinois Racing Board granted organization licenses to Arlington Park Racecourse, LLC, Fairmount Park, Inc., Hawthorne Race Course, Inc., Playing in the Park, LLC and Suburban Downs, Inc. and approved the following race dates for 2020.
