Manalapan, NJ — The Standardbred Breeders and Owners Association of New Jersey has announced that effective immediately in order to qualify and receive awards for all SBOANJ sponsored programs you must be a member and have a current W-9 form on file.

The SBOANJ programs include the New Jersey sired bonus awards and the New Jersey breeder’s awards. No money will be released until all information is verified.
