International Trot driver lineup announced

Yonkers, NY — Answering the burning International Trot question, “Who’s driving whom?,” Yonkers Raceway has announced the roster of 10 drivers scheduled to compete in the million-dollar event, set for Saturday afternoon, Oct. 10.
With gracious assistance from senior graphics designer Justin Grasso of Empire City’s marketing department, all the chauffeurs (along with their trotters and the trotters’ “home” countries) have been neatly (and alphabetically) compiled into one “cheat sheet,” which accompanies this release.
The seven European entrants (plus the returning American-bred Creatine) are scheduled to arrive in New York early Thursday morning, with photos and video to be provided shortly thereafter.
Again, please note the International is part of a matinee card, with first post at 2 p.m. and the race itself going at approximately 3:10 p.m.. The race is to be drawn Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 6.
