Columbus, OH — The Illinois Standardbred Breeders and Owners Association has announced that their Fall Review Races, scheduled for this Saturday, Sept. 25, at the Illinois State Fairgounds in Springfield, have been postponed until funding is provided by the state of Illinois.

Qualifiying races may still be held on Saturday.
