Springfield, IL — The ISOBA Fall Review will be held at the Illinois State Fairgrounds in Springfield on Saturday (October 1). Post time is 12 noon. A rain date has been scheduled for October 2.

Estimated purses are $2,500 per class for 2- and 3-year-old ICF races (total of $20,000). Qualifiers will also be available.
