Dexter Dunn aggressively left with the son of Bettor’s Delight, and the pair faced early challenges from Mack and Shoobee Doo A through a :26.4 first quarter. Jack’s Legend N finally cleared for the lead nearing the :55.3 half before facing a first-over challenge from Dorsoduro Hanover to three-quarters in 1:22.3. The two paced home together as a team into the lane, but Jack’s Legend N had something left, winning by three-quarters of a length as the 1-2 favorite. Shoobee Doo A (Corey Callahan) finished second from the pocket; Mack (Mike Cole) was a ground-saving third.

Trainer Josh Green co-owns Jack’s Legend, a 12-time winer in 22 starts this year, with Rich Lombardo Racing LLC, David Kryway and Eric Good.

Slick Tony and driver Montrell Teague won the $18,000 Winners Over/Select Pace for owner-trainer Nola Leager.

Tim Tetrick won four races on the card.

Racing at Dover Downs continues on Monday (Dec. 6), with two $20,000 second-round divisions of the Delaware Standardbred Breeders’ Fund series for 3-year-old trotting fillies serving as headlining events. Post time is 4:30 p.m.
