Jezzy tries to remain perfect at Tioga Downs

Freehold, NJ — Three-year-old filly trotter Jezzy, trained and driven by Ray Schnittker, will try to extend her season-long win streak to six when she faces eight rivals in the $75,500 Historic-Coaching Club Trotting Oaks on Saturday (June 25) at Tioga Downs.

Jezzy has won 15 of 16 career races; her only setback came by one length in last year’s New York Sire Stakes championship. She has earned $443,228.

Here is the Coaching Club Trotting Oaks field in post position order: Don’t Cry Lindy, Angelette Hanover, Firstclassprincess, Cabaret Princess, Miss Lee, Katie Done Did It, Massive Drama, Jezzy, and Birthday Bonus.

Also Saturday at Tioga Downs is the $78,200 Historic-Dickerson Cup for 3-year-old male trotters. Dexter Cup winner Ice Machine headlines a field of 10 horses. The field in post position order is: Tiger’s Too Good, Winuendo, Whit, Live Jazz, Burnin Money, Ice Machine, VC Chocoholic, Johnny B Kemp, High Pan Tolerance, and Glidenfordollars.
