Fraserville, ON — Horse people are advised that Kawartha Downs will be open for training this Monday (June 2) from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. The track will be available for training Mondays and Thursdays throughout the racing season.

The first qualifiers of the season are scheduled for June 14 with an 11 a.m. post time. A schedule for schooling races will be announced shortly.

Kawartha Downs will be offering live harness racing every Saturday evening from June 21 through Oct. 25 pending regulatory approval anticipated Monday. The lone dark night is Sept. 20 due to a stock car event. Post time will be 7 p.m.

The staff and management at Kawartha Downs look forward to another exciting season of harness racing at the five-eighths-mile oval.
