Last call for HHYF Summer Program applications

from the Harness Horse Youth Foundation

Sudlersville, MD — The Harness Horse Youth Foundation Summer Program date is coming soon; don’t be shut out from attending an exciting summer camp where it is harness racing and horsemanship 24/7.

Dates and locations of the 2018 events are:

July 4–7 Leadership Program, Goshen Historic Track, Goshen N.Y. (applicants must be 14-18 years of age or a previous attendee of HHYF introductory level).

All introductory camps are for ages 12–14; no previous horse experience is necessary.

July 10–14 — Introductory Level, Goshen Historic Track, Goshen, N.Y.
July 17–21 — Introductory Level, The Downs at Mohegan Sun Pocono, Wilkes-Barre, Pa.
July 24–28 — Introductory Level, Gaitway Farm, Manalapan, N.J.

Now in its fifth decade of service to harness racing, the Harness Horse Youth Foundation is a charitable 501(c)3 organization dedicated to providing young people and their families educational opportunities with harness horses, in order to foster the next generation of participants and fans. The Foundation has been making a difference in young people’s lives since 1976, and its programs include interactive learning experiences with these versatile animals, scholarship programs, and creation and distribution of educational materials.
