Orlando, FL — Anyone planning to attend the U.S. Harness Writers Association Dan Patch Awards Dinner on February 12, 2012, you have just three days to book your room(s) at the DoubleTree at Hilton Hotel Orlando by SeaWorld and receive the special discounted rate.

After midnight on Monday, January 16 the special rate of $109 per night plus tax will go away and the regular room price will increase significantly. To reserve a room you can call the DoubleTree at Hilton Hotel Orlando by SeaWorld at l- 800-327-0363 and ask for the special rate for the U.S. Harness Writers Association or Dan Patch Awards, or go to the special USHWA Hotel website at: http://doubletree.hilton.com/en/dt/groups/personalized/M/MCOSRDT-DPA-20120207/index.jhtml. Rooms must be booked by midnight this Monday.
