Late-season stakes featured on ‘Eye on Harness Racing’

by John Pawlak, the U.S. Trotting Association

Columbus, OH — Those Dan Patch Award voters still on the fence will likely be influenced by some rich late-season stakes that will be featured in this week’s edition of “Eye on Harness Racing,” the U.S. Trotting Association’s weekly online video magazine.

Also, a report from the Standardbred Horse Sale yearling sale and a report of the retirement of one of the sport’s top young trotters will also be part of this week’s show — the penultimate edition for 2011.

Eye on Harness Racing may be seen by clicking on the above link or by visiting youtube.com/ustrotting. At the latter website, the USTA’s YouTube channel, you can also see past editions of the program — and dozens of other harness racing videos.

The USTA also has a “Media” page at its website, at www.ustrotting.com/media/media.cfm, where all USTA-produced videos and audio podcasts may also be seen or heard.
