Little Brown Jug week to be broadcast on radio

Delaware, OH — All five days of Grand Circuit harness racing action from the Delaware County Fair (Sept. 20-24) will be broadcast on Delaware radio stations WDLR (1550 AM), WINF (98.5 FM) and Marysville’s True Oldies WQTT (1270 AM).

The broadcasts include the live call of each race from the track announcers, interviews, handicapping analysis of each race, updated odds and complete mutuel results.

Airtime begins each day 30 minutes before post time. Post times are scheduled for 1 p.m. on Sunday (Sept. 20) and Tuesday (Sept. 22), 3 p.m. on Monday (Sept. 21) and 11 a.m. on Wednesday (Sept. 23) and Thursday (Sept. 24).

Hosting the broadcasts this year will be Trish Soulsby. She will be joined during the week by either Gabe Prewitt or Jim Lloyd.

Hall of Fame announcer Roger Huston, the voice of the Little Brown Jug presented by Fazoli’s, will also make handicapping selections each day and his race calls will be part of the broadcasts.

All coverage will be simulcast on www.1550wdlr.com, www.985winf.com and www.qt1270.com.
