Washington, PA — Following a week’s hiatus, live racing at The Meadows Racetrack & Casino resumes Saturday (Sept. 23), with a card highlighted by an $86,900 Keystone Classic for 3-year-old colt and gelding pacers.
Throughout the fall/winter season, The Meadows will offer live racing at 1:05 p.m. each Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday, with the exception of Christmas Day, when the track will be dark. Each program will offer a $5,000 total-pool Pick-4 guarantee.
The early part of the fall/winter schedule is rich with stakes races, including:
- Tuesday (Sept. 26) — $88,000 (est.) Keystone Classic, 3-year-old colt trotters
- Wednesday (Sept. 27) — $75,000 (est.) Keystone Classic, 3-year-old filly trotters
- Saturday (Sept. 30) — $72,000 (est.) Keystone Classic, 3-year-old filly pacers
- Saturday (Oct. 7) — $200,000 Pennsylvania Fairs championships
