Lou Guida has sold his top European trotter Lisa America to the Swedish trainer Lutfi Kolgjini and the Italian stud farm Kronos.

However, Lisa America will race this Sunday (Jan. 15) in the Prix de Belgique and in a fortnight in the Prix d’Amerique for Guida. In February, Lisa America will join the stable of Kolgjini in Malmoe in southern Sweden and plans are to race her a couple of months before she will be covered by one of Kolgjini’s own stallions — either Viking Kronos, Raja Mirchi or Joke Face.

The 7-year-old Lisa America holds a record of 1:55f and earnings of $1.8 million.
