Chester, PA — Coming back to the racetrack after only 43 days of recovery, Catello Manzi wasted no time returning to the winner’s enclosure, driving Lets Go Baby Go to a 1:57.2 victory in a $14,300 non-wagering event on Tuesday (September 30) morning at Harrah’s Chester Casino and Racetrack.

The 58-year-old Manzi returned to the races with a full slate of drives, competing in all five non-wagering races and the seven qualifiers that preceded. In addition to his win aboard Lets Go Baby Go, Manzi finished second in a $13,000 event with Art’s Son.

Manzi, a member of harness racing’s Hall of Fame, has won 13,040 races in his career. He looks to add to that total with seven drives on Wednesday’s (October 1) card and another ten on Thursday afternoon (October 2).
