Margaret Williams Provost, 83, dies

Columbus, OH — Margaret J. “Marge” Williams Provost, 83, of West Alexander, Pa., died April 6, 2016.

Mrs. Provost retired after many years from St. Clair Hospital as a medical transcriptionist.

She was an avid gardener and pianist. She was an accomplished equestrian, who enjoyed showing and riding, as well as training and racing Standardbreds. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family, especially going to watch her grandkids play sports.

She was the wife of the late Watson Provost; mother of William (Carole), James (Leslie) and Dr. Patricia; grandmother of Brad, Natalie and Casey; great-grandmother of Addison, Emma, Watson and Cooper; sister of Curtis (Annette) Williams; and daughter of the late George and Margaret Williams. She also had another great-grandchild on the way.

Friends and family are welcome from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday (April 11) in Beinhauer Family Funeral Home, 2828 Washington Road, McMurray, PA (724.941.3211), where a funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday (April 12). Interment will be in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.
