Columbus, OH — The Ohio Harness Horsemen’s Association welcomes Regina Mayhugh as she takes on the role as OHHA Communication Director.

Mayhugh resides in Circleville, Ohio, with her family. She has a Bachelor Degree in Agriculture from The Ohio State University as well as Associate Degrees in Digital Graphic Design and Veterinary Technology, both from Columbus State Community College.

She has been part of the Pickaway County Speed Committee for seven years with the role of designing promotional materials for the fair, t-shirt design and designing the race program for two days of racing, using her graphic design skills to promote the harness racing program in Circleville.

Mayhugh will serve as lead for external communications of OHHA such as the monthly newsletters, magazines, stallion guides, website and both the OHHA and Ohio Fair Racing Conference Facebook pages. She will also be the internal lead for the Ohio Fair Racing Conference, will lead track activities that involve media such as charity and championship nights, work with the banquet committee in planning and organizing the OHHA yearly banquet, represent OHHA at any special race track or fair promotions and various others tasks involving promotion of the Ohio harness racing industry.

She is passionate about the industry and looking forward to utilizing her skills to share with others the excitement of Ohio’s harness racing.
