East Rutherford, NJ — The nominations for the March 15 3-year-old late closing series’ offered by The Meadowlands have been counted and here are the results:

The two pacing series, #53 Escort and #54 Rainbow Blue, drew a sufficient number of horses and will be raced as scheduled.

The trotting series, #55 Muscle Hill and #56 Broadway Schooner, did not fill resulting in the cancellation of those two events. The nomination fees for those two will be refunded.

In response, The Meadowlands will add two more late closers for horses of all ages.

Nomination fee for each is $200.

Nominations close Monday (April 16).

Nomination forms will be available on the web soon.
