East Rutherford, NJ — The Meadowlands is announcing a change in post time for live racing. Beginning on Saturday (Dec. 26) post time for the first race will be 6 p.m.

The 6 p.m. post time will continue for all live programs, racing Friday and Saturday, through March 13.

“We’ve been considering going earlier for some time,” said General Manager Jason Settlemoir. “COVID has people staying in and their habits are changing. Now is the time to see if handle moves and at the same time allow for our customers and horsemen to get home earlier during the winter months.”

Paddock and Lasix schedules for the new post time will be posted on The Meadowlands website.
