Harrisburg, PA — Aaron Merriman had five winners Tuesday (Dec. 1) — two at The Meadows and three at Northfield — to raise his North American sulky win total in 2015 to 805 — to equal the number posted by George Napolitano Jr.

Nap led by 10 after Sunday’s racing, but Merriman has gotten five in doubleheader duty each day this week to draw level.

Fans of “harness racing simulcast ping-pong” may enjoy flipping between Harrah’s Philadelphia, which begins this afternoon’s card at 12:40 p.m., and The Meadows, which starts at 12:55 p.m., to perhaps see the lead go back and forth a couple of times. Merriman is also slated for action at Northfield tonight.

Friday — Napolitano at Philly afternoon; Merriman at Meadows afternoon and Northfield night
Saturday — both dark
Sunday — Napolitano at Philly afternoon (draw today); Merriman at Northfield night
