East Rutherford, NJ — On Friday (March 2) Meadowlands Racing & Entertainment is hosting a Mexican Fiesta.

The Fiesta buffet is $29.95 and features a make your own taco bar with steak, chicken and shrimp and all the classic fixings including fresh pico de gallo. Guests can enjoy quesadillas, chili con queso and a delicious tortilla soup. The buffet also includes homemade flan and tres leche cake.
