Northfield, OH – MGM Northfield Park has announced the dates of five mini claiming series available over the Flying Turns. The first day to enter these series is Monday (Aug. 31) and they will begin racing Friday (Sept. 4).

The newly added mini-series start with a base claiming price of $7,000 or $15,000 for distaff and male pacers. Trotters are offered series with a base price of $15,000.

There is a $50 entry fee for the $7,000 claimers and a $100 entry fee for the $15,000 claiming series. Pre-nominations are not necessary, horses just need to be entered on the date of the draw and entry fees are payable the night of the first start, even for scratched entries.
