Lebanon, OH — Miami Valley Raceway, in conjunction with the United States Trotting Association’s Strategic Wagering Program, announces a $10,000 guaranteed pool on the Monday (Feb. 8) 10-cent Buckeye High-5 wager.

The High-5 pool, in race 12, will be seeded with a $4,179 carryover as a result of the bet going unsolved for two straight previous programs.

The High-5 race on Monday afternoon is a conditioned claiming event for non-winners of six races or $45,000 lifetime, with all combatants carrying a $25,000 base claiming price. The morning line favorite in the full 10-horse field is Tough As Tuff (5-2), making his first start off a claim by new owner-driver Todd Warren. Others who will likely get plenty of attention from the public are Risky Million (7-2, Dan Noble), Odds On Columbus (9-2, Trace Tetrick), Jojo’s Amadeus (5-1, Josh Sutton) and Needham Hanover (6-1, Chris Page).

First race post time at Miami Valley is 2:05 p.m. with the 10-cent Buckeye High-5 race slated for approximately 5:40 p.m.
